Unfortunately, we don’t accept applications from individuals whose sole income is from benefit payments.

There is no minimum income threshold in order to apply or lease a car from us. We’re more interested in your level of disposable income than income level alone.

Absolutely. We assess each application by looking at your individual circumstances so you may still be able to lease a car from us, even with a CCJ.

If you’re approved an account manager will contact you via email or give you a quick call on your mobile to let you know the good news! We’ll then help you choose your car and place your order as quickly as possible.

Our key determining factor is affordability. We’ll look at your level of disposable income, how you manage your finances and any current significant financial commitments. We assess each application on a case-by-case basis because we understand that every circumstance is different.

No. We don’t any credit checks but instead perform affordability checks based on your current financial circumstances. We use our partners Credit Kudos to carry this out which involves you securely connecting your bank online and an affordability report being generated to us.

Credit Kudos is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and uses government-grade encryption. They are integrated with some of the largest lenders in Europe and have trusted connections with major banks across the UK. They are security tested, GDPR compliant and ensure you are always in control of your data.

If you don’t currently use online banking, you can submit the last 3 months of your bank statements instead using our online manual submission form. Please make sure each statement, clearly shows your name and address and are the most recent 3 months’ statements only.

Our cars usually take just 5 to 10 working days to arrive. Once the order has been placed, your account manager will keep you updated on when you can expect your car to arrive for collection. Alternatively, if you have chosen to have it delivered to your home address (this incurs an additional fee), they’ll help you arrange delivery.

Our application process is simple. First, you’ll need to fill in our online personal application form if you’re applying as an individual or business application form if you’re applying as a business entity.

The second step is to complete our affordability check. We use our partners Credit Kudos to carry this out. There are no credit checks involved and they are FCA regulated.

The final step, is to verify your address and driver’s licence by submitting a recent utility bill and photos of your driver’s licence. We’ll also ask for a DVLA checking code (we show you how to get this) so we can check your licence online.

We’ll then help you choose your new car and get the keys as quickly as possible. It’s as simple as that!

We aim to respond to completed applications within 3-5  working days. If we have everything we need from you, we’ll respond quickly and in some instances even on the same day. If we need any additional information to approve you, our team will let you know.

If your application wasn’t approved and you’d like us to reconsider, click here to request a callback with one of our account managers and we’ll be more than happy to discuss your individual circumstances. Alternatively, if your circumstances change significantly, you’re welcome to come back and reapply after 3 months.

To order simply, browse our selection of brand new cars, choose the one you want and then let our team know via email. You’ll then be asked to submit a few details about the car options and our team will get in touch to confirm your order and arrange collection or delivery of your new vehicle.

*car orders can only be made by fully approved customers and usually arrive with 5 to 10 working days.

Absolutely! You can choose the colours you would like as well as specify other features and we’ll do our best to match them for you. You can let us know these details on the order form of your chosen car.

That depends on your leasing contract and we’ll confirm the length of your lease with your beforehand. With most of our vehicles, you’ll see the lease term options on our website. Most leases are 6 or 12 months but our members have the option of swapping their car for a new one at the end of lease. If you still have a question, get in touch with our team.

Your lease will start the day you collect or take delivery of your new vehicle.
